Description
The SD9520 combines fine paper cutting with a large pull-out waste bin. Its 2 × 10 mm listed cut size breaks sheets into small particles, while the viewing window lets you see when the bin needs emptying. The black cabinet fits beside a desk or in a shared office supply area.
Feed capacity is a maximum for the specified paper weight, not a recommendation to force every batch to the limit. Reduce the number of sheets for thicker stock and let the machine's indicators guide operation.

Get consistent shredding results
Follow the exact SD9520 manual for maintenance and cooling intervals. A maximum sheet rating or feed-speed claim does not establish unlimited continuous run time.
- Feed flat, aligned batches and remove bulky bindings before shredding.
- Treat the paper, card and disc instructions separately; a paper P-rating does not establish a disc security rating.
- Empty the bin before particles reach the cutter area and keep the bin correctly seated.
- If the machine reverses, remove the excess paper and restart with fewer sheets.

Common questions
Does 15 sheets apply to all paper?
No. The guide uses 75 gsm A4 paper as its rating basis. Heavy paper, folds, adhesive material and mixed batches can reduce practical capacity.
Is P-5 a guarantee for every disposal policy?
No. Match the paper cut specification to your organization's document-handling requirements. Different media and policies may call for different destruction methods.
Can it shred a whole stack of credit cards?
The 15-sheet rating is for paper. Follow the card and disc feed instructions, and do not apply the paper count to other media.
What happens when the bin fills?
The guide describes a bin-full stop and audible alert. Empty it promptly and clear loose shreds without reaching into the cutter mechanism.
