These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern access to and use of ecohomeoffice.com and related services provided by Eco Home Office. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What Eco Home Office provides
Eco Home Office provides workspace information, product discovery, buying guidance and links to products offered by Eco Home Office or independent retailers. Product listings may include manufacturer- or retailer-supplied descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability.
2. Affiliate relationships and third-party purchases
Some links are affiliate links. Eco Home Office may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
If a link takes you to Amazon or another retail platform, the seller identified at that checkout—which may be the platform or an independent marketplace seller—is the seller of record, not Eco Home Office. The platform, seller and manufacturer terms govern pricing, availability, payment, taxes, shipping, cancellation, returns, refunds, warranties, privacy and customer service as applicable. Eco Home Office cannot access or modify a third-party order and does not imply that Amazon, a marketplace seller or another retailer sponsors or endorses this site.
3. Direct Eco Home Office orders
If checkout and the order confirmation identify Eco Home Office as the seller, an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it, verify information, limit quantities, correct an obvious error or cancel when a product is unavailable, fraud is suspected or the transaction cannot lawfully be completed. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Direct orders are also governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Prices and applicable charges are presented before an order is submitted.
4. Product information and availability
We work to present useful and accurate information, but specifications, colors, dimensions, compatibility, prices, promotions and availability can change. Images may not reproduce exact colors. Confirm material purchase requirements on the seller's current listing and contact the seller or manufacturer when a specification is critical.
We may correct errors, update content or remove a listing without notice. A displayed product, price or link is not a guarantee that the item remains available.
5. Accounts and communications
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Notify us of suspected unauthorized use. If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the link provided; essential service or direct-order messages may still be sent when permitted by law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to violate law or another person's rights; introduce malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape, copy or exploit content contrary to applicable law or written permission; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent information; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
7. Intellectual property
The Eco Home Office name, site design and original site content are owned by or licensed to Eco Home Office and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, images and content belong to their respective owners. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the site does not transfer ownership or grant a broader license.
8. Third-party services and links
Third-party websites and services operate independently. We are not responsible for their content, accessibility, security, privacy practices or performance. Following a link is at your discretion, and you should review the third party's current terms and policies.
9. Reviews, submissions and feedback
Do not submit confidential information through public areas. You represent that content you submit is lawful, accurate and does not infringe another person's rights. To the extent permitted by law, you grant Eco Home Office a non-exclusive license to use feedback or submitted content for operating and improving the site, subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The site and informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eco Home Office disclaims warranties not expressly provided, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Buying guides and product information are general information, not professional ergonomic, medical, legal, financial or technical advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eco Home Office will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the site or a third-party service. For a claim relating to a direct Eco Home Office purchase, any liability that can lawfully be limited will not exceed the amount paid to Eco Home Office for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. A third-party retailer's privacy notice applies after you leave this site and interact with that retailer.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the site, legal rights or service integrity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms when the site, services or law changes. Revised Terms take effect when posted unless another date is stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
15. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes will be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
