Orders placed with a retailer
If checkout occurred on Amazon or another retailer's website, contact that retailer directly for payment, tracking, cancellation, return, refund or warranty assistance. Eco Home Office cannot access or modify a third-party order.

If your confirmation identifies Eco Home Office as the seller, include the order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not include payment-card information.
