Description
The P600 replaces handwritten punch records with an electronic time-and-attendance workflow. Employees can clock in at the keypad or present a proximity badge, while managers review timecards through the software built into the device. A browser-based interface avoids installing a separate core time-clock application on every workstation.
This configuration starts with capacity for 50 employees and includes five Web Punch licenses for designated off-site users. The total employee capacity and the number of Web Punch users are separate limits. Capacity upgrades are available for larger teams, making it important to choose both the employee count and entry method around the way your staff actually work.
Features
- 50-employee starting capacity: supports a small business with optional upgrades to larger capacity tiers.
- PIN and RFID entry: offers keypad punches or proximity badges at the clock.
- 15 badges included: provides physical credentials for an initial group of employees.
- Five Web Punch licenses: enables licensed staff to enter time through a browser after setup.
- Built-in management software: review timecards and reports through a connected browser.
- Payroll export workflow: prepare supported export files rather than retyping every recorded hour.

Common questions
Does it include employee scheduling?
The supplied listing states that scheduling is not supported. It is intended for time tracking, attendance reports and payroll preparation.
Can all 50 employees use Web Punch immediately?
No. The clock includes capacity for 50 employees but five Web Punch licenses. Additional Web Punch licenses are purchased separately.
Does no monthly fee mean every upgrade is free?
No. Core built-in timekeeping has no mandatory monthly subscription, but capacity upgrades, additional licenses, badges and optional service plans can cost extra.
Will it connect directly to my payroll provider?
Icon Time documents supported export workflows, including CSV and named payroll systems. Check your exact service/version and test the export rather than assuming every integration is automatic.
