DECT Provides Wireless Range of 300 Feet The Savi 430-M Wireless Headset System comes equipped with DECT 6.0 technology that allows you to talk hands free up to 300 feet away from the PC. DECT offers exceptional audio quality and is designed to provide a long range and optimal call clarity. Engineered for Outstanding Sound Quality In addition to DECT technology, the Savi 430-M offers wideband audio for clearer conversations. The headset's noise-canceling microphone filters out background noise and enhanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) makes voices sound more clear and natural. Optimized for Use with Microsoft Lync/Communicator The Savi 430-M is certified by Microsoft for use with the 2010 version of Microsoft Lync as well as the 2007 version of Microsoft Office Communicator. Rather than switching back and forth between your desk phone and headset, you can take calls directly with the headset with the push of a button. To place a call, simply press the headset's call control button and dial the number using Microsoft Lync/Communicator. The system also enables you to join audio between any two of your three connected devices or conference in up to three additional headsets, and guests can stay on through multiple calls. Charging Base and Adaptive Power System A sleek magnetic docking and charging station is included with the Savi 430-M. An adaptive power system optimizes for range and talk time by automatically downshifting to low power when the headset is close to the USB adapter to save battery life and maintain maximum density. Built-In Controls for Easy Call Management One-touch controls built into the headset allow you to answer or end phone calls and adjust or mute the volume, simplifying call management (software may be required to get call control with certain softphones; see Plantronics.com for more information).
