Details: The Panduit H100X044H1T is a roll of white thermal transfer label material for printing 1 x 0.44 inch heat shrinkable labels for marking cable or wire. These labels will fit wire with an outside diameter of 0.08 to 0.25 inches or #16 to #10 American Wire Gauge (AWG). The label material is polyolefin, which is a shrinkable plastic with excellent chemical resistance. Its shrink ratio is 3:1, and it has a temperature range of -67 to +275 degrees F. This roll of 1,000 heat-shrinkable labels meets Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Standard 224 for flammability and Military specification AMS-DTL-23053/5C. When printed using Panduit's RMH4BL or RHH4BL-S ribbons, the labels will meet Military standards MIL-M-81531, MIL-STD202F, and MIL-STD-883E. Thermal transfer (TT) labels come in sheets, rolls, or cassettes with an adhesive backing and a surface material die-cut into individual shapes for use in thermal transfer printers. As the label passes through the printer, a thermal printhead melts a coating of wax or resin from the ink ribbon onto the label where it is then absorbed. This printing method is typically used in manufacturing for in-house printing of bar codes and alphanumeric identification, price tags, warning labels, and other specialty print jobs. Panduit manufactures electrical and networking products. The company, founded in 1955, is headquartered in Tinley Park, Il.
