Description
MeetUp puts camera, microphones and speaker at the front of a small conference room. Its wide view helps capture people near the display, while remote pan, tilt and digital zoom allow a tighter composition when the group is smaller. The included Expansion Mic brings pickup closer to participants further down the table.
This is the original MeetUp with its matching expansion microphone. It connects to a host computer running your meeting software; it is not a standalone Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms computer. Plan the USB connection and display connection together so guests know which cable starts the call and which screen shows the meeting.

Get the cable and microphone placement right
For ordinary 1080p meetings, the supplied USB cable is the straightforward starting point. Reaching 4K requires a suitable USB 3 cable supplied separately, a compatible host and an app that actually uses that resolution. More pixels do not replace careful room lighting or a camera position close to eye level.
