Description
The XRS 20 combines a multi-position weight bench with a separate barbell rack. Moving the bench independently lets you arrange the equipment for different exercises and position it to suit your available room. The backrest offers incline, flat and decline settings.
At the front of the bench, a preacher pad and curl attachment support curl exercises, while the plate-loaded leg developer adds seated leg work. The rack has adjustable uprights, safety spotters and storage space for compatible plates.
Features
- Separate bench and rack: lets you reposition the bench without moving the uprights.
- Multi-angle backrest: supports incline, flat and decline bench positions.
- Preacher curl setup: a padded support and curl attachment provide a dedicated arm-exercise position.
- Leg developer: adds plate-loaded lower-body exercise options.
- Adjustable rack: upright height and width settings help match the intended bar and exercise.

Match your weights and room
A combined bench rating includes the user and any weight carried through the bench. It is not automatically the rack's barbell capacity. The short spotters must be correctly positioned and do not replace a suitable spotting plan.
| Barbell fit | The usable shaft between collars must sit correctly on both supports. |
|---|---|
| Plate fit | Check the loading-post diameter and whether your plates need an adapter. |
| Bench clearance | Allow room for the backrest, leg developer and the full movement of the bar. |
| Load limits | Check the bench, rack, leg lever and storage-post limits separately on their labels. |

Common questions
Can I move the bench away from the rack?
Yes. The bench and rack are separate components, which gives you more flexibility when arranging the training area.
Will every Olympic bar fit?
No. Olympic sleeve diameter does not establish usable shaft length. Measure the distance between collars and compare it with the rack's supported width settings.
Is the bench's total load rating the same as the rack limit?
No. Each component has its own limit. Use the labels and exact manual supplied with the set; do not apply a bench total-load figure to the rack.
Can I adjust the bench with a loaded bar above it?
Unload and secure the equipment first. Make adjustments with the equipment stopped, then ensure the support and locking pins are fully engaged before use.
