This Electrix 7426 BLK magnifying halogen lamp with articulating arm and clamp-on mount is suitable for task lighting. The articulating arm has a 45" reach and a cast zinc vice clamp swivel mount with a 700-watt convenience outlet. The lamp has a 100 watt halogen light with 1,600 raw lumens for task illumination and has a polycarbonate housing that provides a lamp shade and fluorescent bulb protection. The lamp housing supports a 3-diopter, 1.75 times magnifying lens with a 5" viewing area for task magnification. This magnifying fluorescent lamp is Underwriter Laboratories (UL) Listed for quality assurance and is suitable for use as a desk lamp and in tasks that require magnification, such as reading small print.
