Description

This CDCASA rack brings bar storage, adjustable support positions and a pull-up station into one open frame. J-hooks, spotter arms and dip handles mount at different levels, while side posts provide a place for compatible weight plates.

The two-upright layout leaves the front accessible for positioning a separate bench or barbell. Although the catalog also calls it a power cage, the photographed product is an open rack, rather than an enclosed four-post cage. Plan your equipment and exercise space around that configuration.

Features

  • Adjustable J-hooks: Select from the listed mounting positions to suit the intended bar height.
  • Included spotter arms: Position the supports for the chosen setup in accordance with the rack instructions.
  • Multi-grip pull-up bar: The upper bar offers several grip locations within the fixed overhead structure.
  • Dip handles: Padded handles can be positioned on the uprights as shown in the product illustrations.
  • Plate storage: Two side posts help keep compatible plates organized near the rack.
  • Steel frame: The listed 2 × 2-inch tubular frame has a rear cross member and extended floor supports.

Assembly Required

Ratings are the supplied catalog's component-specific limits, not independent test results or drop ratings. No separate load rating is established here for the spotter arms or dip handles. Storage posts project beyond the main frame width.

Plan the complete training area

The rack's frame dimensions are only the starting point. A barbell, loaded plates, bench and moving user need additional space. Mark out the complete arrangement before assembling it, especially beside walls or under a low ceiling.

Plan the complete training area
Overhead clearance Allow for the user's head above the pull-up bar, not just the frame height.
Barbell fit Check the usable shaft length between the sleeves against the J-hook spacing.
Bench positioning Check base and cross-member clearance with the bench you intend to use.
Accessories Tube size alone does not establish compatibility; pin size and hole spacing also matter.

Understand what each attachment does

The J-hooks hold a racked bar; the pull-up bar, dip handles and spotter arms serve different purposes and should not share an assumed load rating. Follow the supplied instructions for assembly, attachment retention and any stabilization requirements.

Resistance-band use can introduce forces that ordinary static storage does not. The catalog calls for stabilization when using bands; obtain the manufacturer's complete setup instructions before adding them. Inspect fasteners and attachment engagement before each session.

Common questions

Is this a complete weightlifting set?

No. The rack and listed attachments are supplied, but the barbell, plates, bench and resistance bands are separate.

Is it an enclosed power cage?

The photos show an open rack with two uprights and projecting supports. It is not an enclosed four-upright cage.

Does every part support 660 pounds?

No. The catalog assigns 660 pounds to the bar catches and 440 pounds to the pull-up bar. Those figures do not establish ratings for every attachment or dropped loads.

Will standard 2-inch rack accessories fit?

Not automatically. Match tube dimensions, hole spacing, pin diameter and the accessory maker's compatibility requirements before adding attachments.
