Description
The WR MAX uses the water around it as resistance. A five-blade system turns with the pedals, while adjustable pedal flaps provide another way to change the effort. This gives the bike a pool-specific resistance system without the friction brake used on many dry-land exercise bikes.

Two ways to change the effort
The two pedal positions are not two transmission gears. They change hydraulic resistance. No wattage display or calibrated power-output measurement is established by this listing.
