Description
The ADS-4900W is designed for offices that regularly convert substantial paper batches into searchable, shareable files. Its automatic feeder holds up to 100 standard sheets, and single-pass duplex capture records both sides as each sheet travels through the scanner.
A 4.3-inch touchscreen puts saved workflows at the device, including up to 56 customizable shortcuts. Wired Ethernet suits a fixed shared scanning station; dual-band Wi-Fi offers placement flexibility, and USB provides a local computer connection. Network destinations and access controls can be configured to fit the office's existing filing process.

Rated speed uses letter-size pages at 300 dpi with advanced functions disabled. Allow additional space for loaded and exiting documents beyond the closed body's dimensions.
Set up a shared scan station
Test a complete job from paper loading through to the saved file before rolling out a shortcut. Network folders, email servers and cloud services need valid settings and credentials; the scanner's connectivity does not configure those services automatically.
