Features

• 【Improving Office Efficiency】The time recorder eliminates the need for manual entry of employee attendance information and can intelligently and accurately record employee start/end times, overtime, late arrival, or early departure information. It is suitable for companies, homes, units, and other places, and can be used for company attendance clocking.
• 【User-friendly Design】The time recorder eliminates the need for software installation, network or data cables and is ready to use when connected to a power source. The enlarged LCD display shows the time and date clearly. The ringing function allows it to ring at the set time, so you never have to worry about forgetting your working hours.
• 【Time Cards】The package comes with 50 double-sided time cards that record name, number, month, date, time of each punch and more. Each card can handle up to three in/out punch cycles per day, for 31 days of punching. You can freely add your own time cards depending on the number of employees.
• 【Two-color Printing】It automatically identifies when an employee is late or leaves early based on the set shift. Black printing indicates that the employee clocks in/ out on time, while red printing indicates that employees are late or leave early.
• 【Automatic Time Calibration】With the automatic time calibration function, you don't need to adjust the time or date for short months, leap years or daylight-saving time. It can retain all clock settings even in the event of a power failure.
• 【Automatically Feeds】It automatically feeds the card, recognizes the front and back of the card and automatically aligns itself for accurate printing, avoiding formatting errors. Employees can simply insert their card into the top of the time recorder, allowing for simple one-handed operation, which is very user-friendly and time-saving.
