Product details
- Brand
- Kicode
- Configuration
- Power cage + lat pulldown
- Product type
- Home strength-training rack
Description
This Kicode cage combines barbell support with a high and low cable attachment. Use compatible J-hook positions for the bar, set the safety supports for the exercise, or load the cable system for pulldowns and seated rows. The upper crossbar adds a pull-up position.
The rack is supplied without a bench, barbell or weight plates. Choosing those separately lets you build a home training setup around the movements you use, provided all equipment fits within the cage and stays within the relevant component limits.
Features
- High and low cable positions: the listed package includes a long lat bar, short low-pull handle and footplate.
- Barbell supports: adjustable J-hooks and 36 in listed safety supports serve different training positions.
- Pull-up bar: adds an overhead bodyweight exercise station.
- Steel construction: supplier-listed 2 × 2 in uprights with protective foot pads.
- Two-package delivery: the cage is divided into two shipments that may arrive separately.

Allow space beyond the frame
The 86.6 in height is the frame height. Pull-ups need additional head clearance, and a loaded barbell extends beyond the cage width. Check ceiling obstructions, plate-loading access and the space needed for a bench before delivery.
- Confirm hole diameter, spacing and clearances before buying third-party rack accessories.
- Check the cable loading-post diameter against your plates and any required adapters.
- Follow the assembly and anchoring instructions; check fasteners, pins and cable routing before use.

Common questions
Does the 1,000 lb figure apply to the cable attachment?
No. The supplier gives the lat attachment a separate 220 lb limit and the pull-up bar a 500 lb limit.
Will any 2 × 2 in rack accessory fit?
No. Upright size is only one measurement. Hole diameter, spacing, pin length and bracket clearance must also match.
Can I assemble it after only one box arrives?
Wait until both packages are present and compare all parts with the supplied list. A partial shipment may lack key structural connections.
Does it include a weight stack?
No weight stack is listed. The cable attachment is plate-loaded, and plates are sold separately.
