Details: Artemide Tizio in new LED black version. Richard Sapper designed the Tizio table lamp for the Italian lighting company Artemide in 1972. The streamlined metal lamp works perfectly as a reading light or desk lamp because light beam can easily be adjusted to any direction. Despite its small base, the lamp stands steady in every angle, thanks to its counterbalanced metal arms. Tizio won the Compasso d'Oro design award in 1979 and it belongs to the collections of many museums, such as New Yorks MoMA.
