Description
The 99Ms is designed for an office that wants smaller paper particles without emptying a tiny basket after every session. It pairs manual stack feeding with a generous pull-out bin and clear status indicators, keeping routine document disposal straightforward at a shared workstation.
Micro-cut construction changes what you can feed as well as the appearance of the waste. This model accepts paper, staples and credit cards, but the manufacturer excludes paper clips and optical discs. Sorting those items out before feeding is a better approach than treating every office shredder as interchangeable.

What belongs in the feed opening
Use the control-panel indicators to distinguish a full or open bin from an overheated motor. A cooling pause is part of the machine’s duty cycle; repeatedly restarting an overheated shredder will not turn it into a continuous-duty unit.

Common questions
Is 14 sheets an automatic-feed capacity?
No. It is the maximum manual stack per pass for the specified paper weight. The 99Ms does not have an unattended 14-sheet loading tray.
Can I leave paper clips attached?
No. The manufacturer’s 99Ms manual excludes paper clips even though staples are supported. Remove clips before loading the documents.
Can this shred credit cards and CDs?
Credit cards are supported; CDs and DVDs are not. Feed supported cards according to the manual and separately from paper stacks.
Why does it stop after a long session?
The motor may have reached its thermal limit. Check the indicator and allow the cooling period specified in the manual supplied with your unit before continuing.
