The Powershred 225Ci suits an office where several people need to dispose of documents throughout the day. Its continuous-duty motor is intended for longer shredding sessions, while the removable 16-gallon basket provides room for more waste than a small personal shredder.
The 3825001 model cuts paper into 5/32 × 1½-inch P-4 particles. Does continuous duty mean it never stops?
It means the motor is rated for continuous shredding. You still need to empty the basket, address feed conditions and follow the machine's indicators and maintenance instructions.
Can it shred CDs and credit cards?

Is this the 225Mi micro-cut model?
