Measure the equipment, then the room

Arrange your monitor stand, keyboard, mouse and everyday paperwork on a table before selecting a size. Measure that working area, not just the laptop or screen. A deeper desk may make screen placement easier; a wider one can separate writing from computer tasks. Neither replaces checking where the legs, drawers and support rails sit underneath.

What size desk do I need for two monitors?

There is no single width that fits every setup. Measure both screens with their stands or arms, then add keyboard, mouse and writing space. Check usable depth and how far stands project behind the screens.

Does an L-shaped desk have a reversible return?

Only if the product specifies a reversible configuration. Left- and right-hand layouts can have different mounting points and storage positions; verify the arrangement before planning the room.

Is a standing-desk frame a complete desk?
