Description
Turn a fixed-height desk into a two-level workstation with the VIVO DESK-V048V. The broad upper platform supports your displays, while a separate lower tray brings the keyboard and mouse closer to the working position. Both move together as you raise or lower the converter.
The lift uses pneumatic assistance and handles rather than an electric motor. You keep the desk you already have while gaining a choice of working positions. The key fit checks are the converter's footprint, the space taken by your monitor stands and the combined height of the existing desk and raised platform.

Measure the working height before you order
The quoted height range is measured above your existing desktop, not from the floor. Add your desk height to 6.5 in and 17 in to understand the upper platform's lowest and highest positions. Your keyboard sits on the separate lower tray, so check that working level too.

Use both handles when adjusting the riser and keep the surrounding area clear. The model's assembly guide includes cable-tension adjustment if the release action needs tuning; follow that guide rather than forcing the mechanism.

Common questions
Does it need to plug into an outlet?
No. Height movement is manual with pneumatic assistance; no lifting motor is used.
Is the top exactly 48 inches wide?
The nominal 48-inch model has a manufacturer-listed upper surface width of 47.3 in.
Can I remove the keyboard tray?
Yes. The tray is removable. Keep the mounting components if you want to reinstall it later.
Will it work for every seated and standing height?
No single riser fits every person and desk combination. Compare your working positions with the converter's range added to your existing desktop height.
