Description
Leap V2 is designed for users who want direct control over the way a chair fits and reclines. This version includes a headrest above the upholstered back, Grey Buzz2 fabric and standard carpet casters. Its flexible LiveBack structure moves as your posture changes, while separate controls let you tune lower-back firmness and recline resistance.
The seat depth adjusts without changing the seat height. During recline, the Natural Glide mechanism allows coordinated seat movement, helping keep the working position close to the desk. Set the chair in stages so the headrest complements a useful seat and back position rather than compensating for a poor fit.

Seat-height measurements follow the standard US Leap cylinder. The optional headrest adds 6¾–9 in above the chair's back height; it does not change the seat-height range.
Adjust the chair before the headrest
A headrest is most useful when its contact point matches the way you actually sit and recline. Body proportions differ, so an included headrest is not a universal fit guarantee. If head support is your deciding requirement, test its position where possible rather than choosing only by overall chair height.

A headrest model with task-chair controls
This is the standard-width Leap with a headrest, not Leap Plus or a drafting stool. Those models have different dimensions and equipment. The grey fabric also differs from leather and other textile configurations shown elsewhere.
A back stop sets the permitted recline limit; it is not an instruction to hold one posture all day. Use the available movement and vary your working position while keeping keyboard, mouse and screen within a practical reach.

Common questions
Is the headrest included?
Yes. Both the product title and gallery identify the headrest configuration.
Does it lock rigidly at five angles?
Steelcase describes five back-stop positions that limit how far you recline. That differs from immobilizing the whole chair at any arbitrary angle.
Is it the wider Leap Plus?
No. This is the standard Leap V2 with a 19¼ in seat width. Leap Plus dimensions and ratings should not be applied to it.
Are its casters intended for carpet?
Yes. Standard carpet casters are specified for this offer. Check an appropriate caster or protective-mat solution before use on delicate hard flooring.
