The X25 system supports a total of (25) system phones and (16) outside phone lines. Connect up to (24) XBLUE IP Phones and (1) Standard cordless phone or any other standard analog telephone device such as a conference room phone or fax machine. Lines may include up to (8) VoIP Lines / SIP Trunks and (8) Standard Phone Lines. The X25 4-Port CO Line Adapter (4COLA) is included to support standard line ports 5 through 8.
The X25 supports both traditional telephone company line and VoIP phone lines. You can choose XBLUE certified VoIP telephone line service or feel free to continue to use traditional telephone lines, or choose both - it's up to you! The X25 supports up to (8) VoIP Lines. VoIP line service is delivered over your Internet Broadband connection and typically includes unlimited local and long distance calls in the United States and Canada. In most cases you can keep your existing phone number. Additional local and toll free numbers are also available. In the event of a local power failure, network failure or Internet outage the XBLUE failover feature forwards all incoming calls to a cell phone or other remote phone number.
