The SX16-08 cross-cut shredder meets the document security needs of a home office or small business.
This small shredder shreds paper in two directions making it harder to piece sensitive papers, like emails and reports, back together. The Level P-3 cut type shreds one piece of paper into 335 pieces. DVDs, CDs, credit cards, paper clips and staples can also be shred so you can complete all your shredding quickly and easily. The 8-gallon waste bin can be lined with plastic or recyclable paper shredder bags, sold separately. Non-stop Jam Free Technology makes shredding a breeze. While shredding, a LED light on the shredder face is green as long as users are within the sheet capacity. The light will turn red if capacity is exceeded to indicate that users are at risk of causing a jam. Self-cleaning cutters also automatically keep the cutters clear of any small pieces of paper that could build up over time and increase the risk of jams.
