Description
The Rollo X1040 is a compact label printer for a home business, online shop or shared packing station. It produces shipping labels without ink cartridges or toner, so routine consumables are the direct thermal labels themselves. Download a correctly sized label from your shipping service, send it to the printer and attach it to your package.
Its wireless connection is useful when orders are processed on more than one device. After initial setup, devices on the same Wi-Fi network can discover the printer; AirPrint makes it particularly straightforward to print from Apple devices. The separate Rollo Ship service is available for buying postage and managing shipments, while the printer can also handle suitable labels created elsewhere.

Common questions
Does it print over Bluetooth?
Normal wireless printing uses Wi-Fi. Rollo describes Bluetooth as part of initial setup, rather than the ongoing print connection.
Must I buy Rollo-branded labels?
Rollo supports compatible direct thermal label stock from other brands within its supported size range. Ordinary paper and thermal-transfer labels that require a ribbon are not substitutes.
Can I print from an iPhone?
Yes. Complete wireless setup and use a compatible app or AirPrint workflow with the printer on the same network.
Can it print color logos or full-page documents?
It prints monochrome thermal labels. Artwork must fit the chosen label, and it is not a replacement for a letter-size color office printer.
