Details: The JL602GE/A is the newly redesigned version of the JL602-G/LA01. This new version has an updated user interface, a new backlit LCD display and a larger weighing pan size of 160mm. This unit is Class II NTEP approved and Legal for Trade. There are 7 built-in applications: Totaling, piece counting, percent weighing, check weighing, statistics, multiplication factor weighing and division factor weighing. There is even a hook for weighing below the balance if needed. This model features the PC Direct software which enables data transfers of the weighing results from the balance to a spreadsheet without any additional software. The balance has a small footprint of 194mm x 225mm x 67mm. It can be powered using the supplied adaptor OR four AA batteries (not included). When the scale is turned on for the first time, it will enter the calibration mode. Simply follow the steps to do the initial calibration using the supplied calibration weight and once the calibration has finished, it will permanently enter the standard weighing mode. This scale has an RS232 port built-in. The scale can weigh in the following modes: g, ct, dwt, ozt, oz and lb.
