Description
Speak 810 UC gives a meeting table a shared microphone and speaker without requiring everyone to crowd around a laptop. Its broad tabletop format is intended for group calls, and its connection options let you use a computer or compatible mobile device as the call source. The host device still runs the conferencing application.
Although the unit can be moved between rooms, it needs its AC adapter: there is no built-in battery. That is an important distinction from smaller portable Speak models. Plan a nearby outlet and a clear central position, then test audibility from the furthest seat rather than assuming an attendee rating guarantees coverage in every room.

Choose the connection for the meeting
Use USB when a room laptop is the regular meeting host. Bluetooth is convenient for a mobile call, while the 3.5 mm cable provides another route for devices that retain a compatible jack. For any connection, make one device responsible for room audio to avoid echo from several open microphones.
