The ADS-3300W turns loose paperwork into organized digital files without placing each page on a flatbed. Load a prepared stack, select the destination and capture both sides in one pass. It suits recurring invoice, application and household-record batches where an automatic feeder is more useful than a book-scanning surface.
Its touchscreen brings regular scan jobs to the device, while three connection choices make placement flexible. Use Ethernet near a network socket, Wi-Fi where a cable is inconvenient, or USB at a dedicated computer. Choose it for loose documents; a bound book or delicate original that cannot pass through rollers needs another scanning method.

Common questions
Can it scan directly to a USB drive?
Yes. A rear USB host port supports scan-to-memory-stick jobs. This is separate from the USB connection to a computer.
Will it make searchable PDFs?
Compatible OCR software can add a searchable text layer. Recognition depends on legibility, language and scan settings, so check names and numbers before relying on the result.
Does Wi-Fi mean it scans to any cloud account automatically?
No. A supported destination, network connection and account setup are required. Confirm the service you intend to use rather than assuming all cloud services are interchangeable.
Is 40 ppm the speed for every job?
No. Resolution, enhancement settings, file conversion and transfer destination affect total job time. The rating is a standardized scanning condition, not a promise for a completed OCR workflow.
